Travel north along the A49 towards Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Continue along the A49 through the town, toward Wigan.

Turn left into Downall Green Road.

After approximately half a mile, arrive at the town centre traffic lights.
Turn left onto the A49 towards Wigan.
After approximately 1 mile, arrive at the traffic lights at Bryn Cross.
Turn left into Downall Green Road.

Junction 25 - is a restricted junction - for traffic from or to the South.
Turn right along the A49 towards Ashton-in-Makerfield.
After approximately 1 mile, arrive at the traffic lights at Bryn Cross.
